Voucher code not working

After I downloaded the app from an email I received from you all I tried to use the voucher code provided. After 3 attempts I deleted the app and reinstalled it thinking that would allow it to work, once again it didnt so I deleted the app off my phone. When you all have something that you want printed make sure that it works before its release. I would have loved to be a subscriber but now I am just a statistic of people who have deleted the app.
