Love the mag hate the app!!!

I simply love this mag, its one of the best available but then there is the app. Unfortunately the app stands between the user and the mag! This app is slow with few features. Downloading is painfully slow and the subscription process, tracking and implementation are the worst.

Customer service is not particularly helpful and all this for the most expensive mac mag Ive found. Their mags are good everything else makes you feel like youre getting ripped off. To much work and patience required for such an expensive product. When this sub ends Ill go back to Zino for this mag, none of the problems there at least not in my experience. The app is just not very good and makes getting to the mag a painful experience.
